Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Dining area with ornamental fireplace and French doors to courtyard. Through to garden room/occasional Bedroom 4 with three quarter size futon sofa bed. Ground floor shower room/WC adjacent, washer/dryer.


Straight stairs to first floor.


Bedroom 1 is large with 2' 6" twin beds.


Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, wardrobe and feature fireplace.


Bedroom 3 has pine full size bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, o/b electric shower, basin and WC.

Outside: Parking space for 1 small car to front of property. Patio area and garden furniture. (Cushions for garden furniture stored under the stairs). The garden area beyond the courtyard is not available for guests use.

Restrictions: Pets allowed. Smoking not permitted inside the property.

Gas central heating, Gas and electricity included in rental. Wi-fi included. High Chair provided at the property (stored in the sun room) and Travel Cot/stairgate can be hired.
