„Horrific! Never Again - Filthy, Run-Down and Rude Staff We booked this hotel for a very special occasion - a wedding - and it turned out to be the biggest mistake of our trip. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a musty, dusty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was filthy, with visible rust and mold. The radiators were covered in thick layers of dust and grime, the furniture was damaged and stained, cobwebs were hanging from the windows, the door frames were ...

„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„Sauberes kleines Zimmer und Bad. Praktisch und kompakt.“

„It was a great stay“

„Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). „Das Hotel ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer war derart heruntergewohnt, dass wir auf einen Zimmertausch bestanden haben.“

„Staff are what makes this place. Friendy, helpfull and efficient“

„Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel, gutes Gym“

„The property is clean and basic, in comparison to others we have stayed in at The Bay. However, the listing could be made clearer. Guests should be aware that there is no WiFi connection, they need to bring, towels, hairdryer and there are no basic cleaning products or toiletries supplied.“

„Schönes Hotel mit gutem Comfort - Europäischer Standard. Hat Fitnessstudio und Hallenbad - nicht benützt, aber nur Gutes gehört. Preis Leistung stimmt.“

„Good stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was amazing. Would definitely recommend “

„it's a great location, with a marvelous view. right on the sea front, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. check in procedure was fast but very friendly. should have booked parking, but that was my fault. what i like are decent showers, with plenty of water pressure, which often is a real issue in hotels around the uk, no disappointment either. i had a great easter break, thank YOU !“

„Personal sehr freundlich“

„Needs refurbishment!“
