„We loved our stay at Crow Park. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We were there while a Rick Steves tour was on, and the staff went extra to assure we were welcomed and well looked after too. They were super accommodating about answering our questions, and friendly - clearly seem to enjoy learning about us as guests. The hotel was full, yet we were well cared for. It was an easy walk too to get from the bus to the hotel, and then into town. “

„Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre, dass es sehr hellhörig ist, wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat. Wir haben die Gäste über uns die ganze Zeit hin und her gehen hören und die Spülung des Badezimmers. Ansonsten war es ein tolles Zimmer und neuwertig eingerichtet.“

„Das Hotel ist eine Baustelle, von Außen steht ein Baugerüst, das Dach und einige Zimmer werden erneuert! Leider kam uns das Hotel keiner Weise entgegen trotzdem ein Mitarbeiter von Expedia hier angerufen hat ( anderes Zimmer oder Preisnachlass). Zimmer sind aber ok, teilweise schon renoviert. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super , Essen relativ teuer! 😒“

„Außenanlagen, äußeres Erscheinungsbild sehr gepflegt, sehr schönes, viktorianischesGebäude. Fenster nur minimal zu öffnen, Aussicht auf Mülltonnen, Badezimmer renovierungsbedürftig. Abendessen, 3- Gang- Menu akzeptabel, aber Preis- Leistungs - Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Die oben angeführten Kritikpunkte werden wahrscheinlich relativiert bei schönem Wetter durch die landschaftlich herrliche Umgebung und die damit verbundenen vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt  ...

„Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a stay in the lakes. Downstairs there's a boot room, library and bar which are great for relaxing after a busy day. The room was spotless, beautifully designed and there were lots of nice extra touches like cookies on arrival and some local information. The staff were amazing, couldn't do.enough to help and very knowledgeable. Can't recommend Fellpack House highly enough!“

The property is in the process of being updated but this didn't affect our stay except perhaps to see how well it appears to be going and I'm sure when this is finished they will have a hotel to be proud of. They have only owned this hotel for about 6 months and it is obvious they are making huge efforts to update ...
