(D). IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
(1). Garage & driveway parking (not blocking driveway) & 1 street parking at the end of own driveway.

(2). ONLY LOW-SHEDDING dogs are allowed at a fee. Contact host for an additional fee for 2nd dog.

(3). Outdoor security cameras are installed at the front and back doors.

(4). READ BEFORE BOOKING:
* Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be accepted.
* A government issued ID is required to complete booking.
* Must sign rental agreement for reservations to be considered completed.
* NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed. You will be asked to leave with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.
* All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. The age requirements do not apply to families with children. You may not book for others. A photo ID may be requested at the time of booking or check-in to assist with age verification. For the safety of the property, the adult who booked the reservation is expected to be staying on-site for the full duration of the trip. If the primary guest is not in residence, the stay will be terminated and all occupants removed without a refund.
