„This is our second time staying here, and it won’t be the last! The location is perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and all kinds of stuff to do. The outdoor area is so nice, and the place is the perfect fit for our family of 4! Plus the kids (ages 6 and 4) love the trundle beds. The beach tags and the two parking spaces are the icing on the cake! We’re already looking forward to our return!“

„We had a wonderful vacation. The place was beautiful well equipped and convenient. Owner was very responsive. Drawback for us which I didn't anticipate was the step stairs to get to the unit. My wife has mobility problems and she limited the number of times up and down. That was our issue and my oversight not a problem with the owner. We would stay again if we could.“

„Highlights: close to beach, comes with a parking spot and 4 beach passes, has a small kitchen and full-sized frig. Could use improvement: the checkin process requires in-person meeting, so there’s a need to coordinate- manager was great at answering texts though. The kitchen needs a bit more attention if you are really going to cook (dish towel, oven glove, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, paper towels maybe?). That said, we did successfully cook. Bed spread had questionable stains…. Overall ...

„Location is great. Hair dryer, mirror, and shower needs were great. I would recommend a multi-hook towel rack on the bathroom door, as there is not enough hooks for wet towels, and also, an extra towel, pillow and blanket. The air-conditioning was wonderful. Also, as 4 seniors, we loved the deck, but wished there were 4 chairs. The beds were very comfortable, and we love the knotty pine.“

„Property was newly renovated & worked for the 2 days we needed to sleep. Erick was very responsive & allowed us to check in an hour early, provided parking & beach passes so we could head right out! We may have been the first to stay since the reno - the microwave & tv still had plastic on them, the clocks were not set, there was still desicant in a refrig drawer, the A/C needed to be adjusted manually. NBD - everything worked great! Appreciated the regular coffee maker (not Kurig) to bring/make ...

„Erick was great with communication. We even changed our check in time with no trouble. The stairs were scary, and the parking was definitely not ideal-but it was free parking off the street. The building itself is old (most places to stay are around there), so I appreciated the bathroom was newer and updated. Oh - the deck! It was a wonderful bonus for us; nothing beats those nighttime summer breezes.“

„Stayed 2 nights and from booking to leaving all was smooth . Location is perfect. Close enough you don’t have drive to anything but a good distance away from the noise . Property is clean and adorable Owners communicate wonderfully and are helpful . I had a situation where my daughter locked the keys In The house . Due to distance they could t make it to come open the door but offered to pay a portion of locksmith fee even though it was my mistake . Would definitely stay there again“
