„The property was not clean and ready for me to go in. There was no hot water or heat and I had to find another property and move due to the cold, unsafe conditions. They promised a full refund and charged me 300.94 because they promised if I would stay they would fix things but they didn’t come through. I bought bedding to make up a clean bed to sleep in. “
