The property features an impressive open-plan lounge and well-equipped kitchen/diner area, accessed via the main entrance at the top of the cottage. The contemporary lounge offers comfortable seating with a large sofa and armchair, complemented by a Smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen comes complete with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave for preparing family meals. A feature window opens onto a large balcony, and the adjacent dining table seats six perfectly. The master bedroom, reached via a spiral staircase from the lounge, boasts a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Downstairs, you'll find two twin bedrooms tastefully furnished in contemporary cottage style, along with a family bathroom featuring a bath with shower over.

The large furnished balcony off the lounge provides the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee while watching boats in the harbour, with spectacular seaside views across the bay toward the Farne Islands. Parking is available for two cars, with one space directly outside the cottage at the top entrance and another at the bottom entrance on the large path within the yellow lines.
