„The accommodation was great. The best feature was the large balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. Everything inside the house was neat and tidy. Pleasingly there was not an over supply of nic knacks cluttering up the shelves. There was a good provision of basic supplies .“

„We had a great stay, very quiet and relaxing. House was perfect for our needs and the view was very nice. Tip, take some binoculars there is lots to watch on the river. Caught some small bream for fun and had a great night at the country club.“

Both river and beach were within walking distance. Beds were comfortable and the kids all enjoyed the bunk beds in their rooms. We'll definitely be back again.“

„Not cleaned prior to our stay. Cobwebs, live ant nests in the bathroom, kitchen & toilet. Very grubby walls. Leaking shower. Water mains leaking. Over all very poor condition. “

„Property was good. Lots of room. Furniture was a little dated but clean and comfortable beds . Budget accommodation that was reasonable. Suited our requirement. Lots of teenagers and a dog. Family fishing and beach trip. Don’t expect the ritz though and only one bathroom was difficult with a big family at times. Kitchen was clean and well equiped. Lots of room for two cars maybe more. No problems with bbq.“

„Good size property for 6 adults and 1 infant. Plenty of parking and room for the dogs to run around. Not dog-proof fencing so if you have run-away dogs, you'll need to be careful. Quiet street, close to the river. Drinks on the balcony at sunset are lovely. The downside of our stay - the property really needs a bit of a revamp such as updating furniture (as some of it is run down and dodgy), crockery (chipped and mismatched), cutlery (old and mismatched) etc. Outside furniture and BBQ were full ...

„So close to the city yet you feel so far away from it all! Lovely house with beautiful balcony to enjoy the fresh sea air. Short walk to the beach, cafe and tavern. Perfect escape from city life.“

„The house is set up well for large group. We enjoyed the shed and the patio area. Plenty of beds which were comfy. Living areas have ac, but bedrooms need fans in the summer. Great yard and toys for kids, and great area for teens to escape to. Lots of pantry items. There was a lot of ants in the shed, followed them to a bowl of food that had been left on top of the fridge. The house is about 20 minutes walk to beach. Nice grassed private yard and great outdoor shower. Would recommend.“
