Dieses klassische Sea Ranch-Haus befindet sich auf dem Bluff Trail und bietet einen unverbauten Blick auf das Meer. Die Gäste können sich zurücklehnen und in die Ruhe des Meeres und die Schönheit des Black Point Beach eintauchen. Es gibt einen atemberaubenden Meerblick von allen gemeinsamen Wohnbereichen und eine große Ozeanfront, Süddeck.



    Dieses aktualisierte, hundefreundliche Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Paare mit 3 Queensize-Schlafzimmern, 2 Vollbädern und einem Etagen-Loft im Obergeschoss für Kinder (max. 8 Gäste). Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat auch Meerblick, ein Bad mit Scheunentür und Französisch Türen zu einem kleinen Ocean Front Deck. Gewölbedecken aus Zeder, gemütlicher Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch einen geschlossenen Innenhof, der perfekt für Hunde ist, und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Hinweis: Dieses Haus hat keinen Whirlpool.

Family Getaway

Oh, and the dogs were thrilled to see all the wildlife that came to visit. The house location had the most beautiful views. The house amenities had everything we needed. Incredible views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good, but the bathrooms lack heaters and exhaust fans. They do have windows but you could only open during the day because of the critters. We had both raccoons and at least one kit fox. The small bathroom shower was not as clean as I like. The master bathroom we had to use a hand towel to keep from slipping.

The home has a great location and view. Definitely a plus being walking distance to the lodge. Home is comfortable and even nicer than it appears in photos.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house! The location right on the water cannot be beat and we all enjoyed sitting on the deck as much as possible watching the whales play. We were two families with two young children each and a dog and the space was more than ample to accommodate our family. The only challenge we had was that the oven didn’t seem to work and wouldn’t get up to heat but we were able to make do with the grill and the toaster oven.

My husband and I and our pup (6 y/o) had a nice relaxing time at Point-of-View. The house was very spacious and clean. Great location with a fantastic view of the ocean, short walk to the beach, and plenty of trails for hiking nearby. The house also has a hot tub and sauna/yoga room, which we didn’t use either during our stay but both looked inviting. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best Birthday ever. 6 of us stayed here. WE loved it due to the views, the deck, and the kitchen. Rooms are small and beds are only queens, bathrooms are small...but if you are into family time at the kitchen, kitchen table, family room, or on the deck..... It is the house for you. Kitchen is well stocked and these owners spend the extra couple of dollars and leave garbage bags, paper towels, a few spices and baggies..which is better than most rentals (which is so appreciated) and they did a sweet thing for our dog. I would come back again and again. People should be warned you have to drive all the way to Gualala to pick up your key, which is a drag especially after that drive...:)

Common living spaces were generous and well furnished. Lots of sleeping space but the bathrooms (only two) were hugely disappointing. The shower in the second bathroom was only 27" square - impossible for adult useage. Baths need updated now - this is not inexpensive to stay here.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was spectacular! The oversized dining table was great for our needs: one part for meals, one part for games, one part for jigsaw puzzle. Management staff was very helpful when we needed more supplies to last our stay. Also very helpful and professional in making reservations and inquiries. The unit wasn't as clean as we expected. Some pots and pans were dirty, as well as some glassware and a few plates. Table had not be cleaned thoroughly. Debris in the chair that reclines. The bathrooms are very dated and not in good condition. It would be an improvement to have at least one king size bed in the master. Many of the windows appear to have blown seals, hampering the view. The blackout shades were great.

Fabulous amenities with this home, and a view that was just out of this world. We enjoyed the back deck/patio immensely, watching the sun, sky, and sea change as each day unfolded. The final day was capped with a pod of whales that visited the Pacific coast just off Black's Point. We will be back!

Loved being so close to the ocean, good set up for larger group, wonderful to have closed in yard for dog and children. It was very warm (for Sea Ranch) during our stay and it made the upstairs loft extremely warm. The one window in the loft was hard to open. Need more portable fans for future possible heat waves.

Our young children loved their bunk roomand the enclosed outdoor garden with shower, play area and hot tub. Our labrador felt safe and perfectly happy too. We have rebooked for next year, as we decided this was the best home for our family needs (grandparents, adult children, grandchildren and pup.)The only item needing attention is the replacement of two large fogged view windows in living room. Reviewer Comments: Overall this is a wonderful homeOn the upside: -First row bluff front location and great views over the expansive beach-Awesome large hot tub that has enough horsepower to actually give you a water massage-Nice enclosed area for a pooch, which was overflowing with Cala lilies when we were there. Minuses:-The garage was not available - would have been nice to have kept the car out of the sea spray-The bed in the main bedroom wasn’t particularly comfortable - the metal rod headboard made it impractical to sit up and read.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So relaxing to hear and see the ocean from both inside the house and on the deck. The view from this house is amazing. One window, however, had moisture inside the panes and was difficult to see out of. Because of the wet weather, we were not able to enjoy as much of the trail walks as we have before. We appreciate that this location allows pets. This time we were not left with sheets to cover the furniture or dog specific towels as were provided in the past. Luckily, we brought our own.Master bathroom cabinet had some odor otherwise the rest of the house was well kept and clean.Beach Rental personel all very helpful and assisted us with all of our inquiries.
