It would benefit from some improvements and pay more attention to the little details that make a difference considering the price range. Better pillows and mattresses, TVs that actually work. Comforters in good shape and stored in a shelve and not thrown in the floor in a closet, proper hangers. Light switches in better condition. Ordered patio. More coffee/breakfast options. ...

„Cute older house in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Screened in patio provides an extra hangout place. Only 1 full bathroom, but it's very large. Kitchen is also large. Nicely appointed. Kids enjoyed seeing two deer and what we think was a groundhog in the yard.“

Julia is quick to respond to messages & allowed us to stay with our 6 month old to visit my great aunt for her 104th birthday.
