„The air conditioner was extremely loud to the point that turned it off in my room. I could still hear the one from the room next door. I was not able to get a good night rest which I needed because I was traveling from Texas to Florida because my sister was hospitalized in ICU in Florida.“

„The first room looked like someone had just left it, the bed appeared to have recently been slept in you could see the print of the body and impression on the pillow, the bathroom was not clean, the tub had mold around it. We were moved to a second room where the conditions weren't much better. „The pictures of this place are not real! There are no flowers or plants. And the windows have bars on them. You pay a lady thru a bared up window, they left only 2 towels in the bathroom. Most women use one for their hair and the other for their body. The entire place stinks like stale cigarettes!! The pillows are very thin, the bed is terrible and had a sink hole in the middle of it! I will never stay there again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy!“

„This property does not rise to the level of service and accommodations one would expect inthis property class. 1) staff with few exceptions was not overly friendly 2) we were on the 10th floor yet kept awake by loud music across the street. Staff said police police were called but problem persisted until after midnight 3) I had an allergic reaction to “something “ in the room. Not sure if it was a scent or something else 4) room key kept failing very aggravating“
