„Lovely, immaculately clean place, the river was so serene as we drank coffee on the back porch each morning. The first day I saw a blue heron perched on a river rock!The place offered thoughtful amenities, like a Keurig with a filter and coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept well. We so enjoyed our stay and given that we have family nearby and it's affordable, we hope to book it again!“

„Our family had the best time at Don’s lake house. The grounds are amazing with lakefront access. The fire pit and gazebo were big hits. Don was super communicative and answered any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we can’t to return. “

„We stayed to go to the Renaissance Faire which was close by. The ower had private beach access which we absolutely loved. It was located a mile from the house the beach had shade and sun good for the entire family. The water was beautiful, however, I do recommend water shoes since it is a little rocky.I house had a deck to enjoy the sunshine and a patio where we had a little fire. We all had a great time!!!“

„Unfortunately we had a very short stay, but beautiful area, house was nice, comfortable furnishings, the bed’s head raised, which was wonderful and a nice surprise, and loved the colorful rug. We would return to this adorable, quiet, peaceful, beautiful, rustic place. “

„Overall it was clean, well cared for. Once inside it is pretty well handicapped accessible. Only minor suggestion would be a temporary step for the very tall outside steps and perhaps a handrail in the step in shower. All other aspects were excellent. “

„Trails Head cabin was the perfect spot for a quick get a way . Cozy and comfortable, it met our every expectation. Unfortunately , the weather didn't allow us to take advantage of the hiking trails within easy walking distance from the cabin.
