„The staff are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The thing that bothered me the most are small cockroaches crawling in toilet seat and bathroom floor. I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. “

„Breakfast buffet was good, had different options per day, lots of bread, cereals, fruits, coffee, several viands and an omelette station plus a juice section as well. Staff in Kuna (restaurant) were friendly and accommodating. I had a foot spa at the second floor which was relaxing. I wasnt able to try their pool area but i saw it had a nice view. Overall, from the clean room, large lcd tv, bath and shower, friendly and accommodating staff, i would say i enjoyed my two night stay here. And oh, ...

„The breakfast was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful, nice and informative. I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out. Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel. You have to walk a couple blocks down the street. And I also had difficulty ...

„Room is big enough for a family to stay. Tho the soap and shampoo should be given each day. Needs to improve on racks for soap and shampoo in their bathroom. Also, the bathroom has stains on the tiles. Need to clean more. Tho we had a good stay, aircon cannot cool the entire area during summer. Ref is not working.“

„Madie’s place is a nice, chill place to stay. We had the whole place to ourselves because of having 8 people. It is an older place with all the rooms but one on the third floor and all bathrooms on the first so keep that in mind when booking because it’s not convenient and might be an issue for older people and young children. Besides that the only other negative is the condition and size of the bathrooms, very small besides one of them and old and dirty looking. The host was amazing her name ...

„Nettes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal ! Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer laesst zu wuenschen uebrig !! Im ganzen Zimmer gibt es Ameisen , die auch nach mehrmaligen Hinweis darauf nicht zu beseitigen sind ! Am besten ,man laesst seone Kleider im Koffer !Ansonsten ist vom Fruehstueck und dem Personal alles on Ordnung !“
