"This hotel was so well located to Old Town , the train station, and of course the shopping. Minutes to everything. And a supermarket across the road. Hotel was quirky but nice. Room was quite large which was a welcome surprise coming off a river cruise. The only thing I didn't like was the room had no bar fridge. It was inconvenient bit workable. Definitely worth a look!"

"The proximity to the airport is unbeatable. The room is very big and clean but there is no wardrobe so it clearly indicates that the hotel doesn’t expect any guests for more than one night. What bothered me the most was the 100 CHF deposit taken at the check-in but only 93 CHF refunded. No receipt was given for it, no explanation, they just kept the money without any comment. Unfortunately this refund was issued long after I already left Zurich. I assume that they charged the city tax but every transaction requires a receipt. They could have asked me to pay for it at the check-in or check-out but nobody has ever mentioned it, which is an absolute no go."
