"Service was great! We originally booked at Visions-apartments but upon check i found a cockroach, and i am allergic, so i left and booked Novotel because of the good experience we had in their location in Vienna. The room was wonderful, the only downfall had to be the mold in the bathroom shower, I wish it wasn’t there otherwise it would have been a perfect stay!"
