Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4/5 Stock gebucht erhielten ein Upgrade mit 2 Schlafzimmern im 8ten Stock mit toller Sicht auf Mount Fuji . Betten sehr gut - der Onsen ist übersichtlich war aber nie überfüllt und sehr sauber . Auch wenn die Anlage älteren Baujahr ist sie zu empfehlen - sie ist gut gepflegt . „Good value-for-money hotel with some rooms having amazing views to mount Fuji. The hotel has also a restaurant with pancakes but unfortunately it only opens at 11am. The check-in and check-out times are non-negotiable and they wouldn't make an exception. They can keep your luggage though and will bring it to the room if you arrive early. The onsen with Fuji view is only for men. Sauna and onsen overall are nice.“

„The property is all small condos and even ours being one of the smaller was extremely spacious. We loved the rooftop deck with a gorgeous view of Mt. Fuji. However, a couple things that we struggled with were the beds (one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever tried to sleep on) and the very steep stairs which were a bit difficult to navigate.
