„Brilliant location and close to the top spots we went to see. Quiet neighborhood by the river. Suite was large and luxurious. Lovely bouquet, complimentary wine, and confectionary on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped, with a microwave too. Washer dryer in Japanese language, but staff helped us. Easy! Concierge services were also exceptional. Excellent Michelin star restaurant reservation on the same day.“

„We had 3 fantastic stays at the Riverte Kyoto Kamogawa. Very service minded staff that took good care of us from arriving to checkout. Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. We will stay here again when we visit Kyoto. “

„The Hotel lies in a residental Area. But every 20 Minutes is a shuttle bus between a central underground Station an the hotel. Bus stops (local City bus) for Ginkakuchi and Kinkakuchi Temple are a short walk away. The Staff in the hotel is very polite and the front desk staff speaks really good englisch. „After Tokyo, we basked in the generously sized rooms here. It’s worth it to pay a bit extra for the premium rooms. The extra space is amazing. The location was very convenient for us. You can walk to the Gion district, shopping, the river, bars and restaurants. “

„Guest house Bon, is a great place to stay, but if you are tall it is a bit cramped, it wasn't uncommon to hit you head on the roof, the place was very clean and Bon was very accommodating,he was the best part of the trip“

„The rooms were magnificent. Along with that the staff here was an absolute delight. Welcoming us when we returned and seeing us out the door just as if we were their children leaving for the day. A wonderful Japanese experience. 10 minute walk to tram station and multiple bus stops that will get you anywhere. 6 minute walk to a shopping street littered with people shops, and food alike. “

„L'architettura del ryokan è bellissima, di legno e bambù all'antica. Spaziose le camere, perfetti i bagni. La pulizia impeccabile. Il personale è dedito e gentilissimo. La decorazione zen e particolarmente elegante crea una atmosfera particolare. Era quello che cercavo e che volevo vivere.“

"Traum unterkunft, nur zu empfehlen! Geräumige Zimmer, überragend guter SPA Bereich mit verschiedener Onsen Becken, Sauna & kostenlosen Erfrischungen wie Eis. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück inkl. Sashimi, Abendessen wird war zwar nicht direkt angeboten, ab 21 Uhr gibt es allerdings bis 1 Uhr Nachts late Night Ramen. Es hat auch eine super Lage um die Staft zu Erkunden, im nahen Umkreis gibt es aucj viele Restaurants. Nur zu empfehlen, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt 2 Tage verlängert weil es schön war & kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank an dad Onyado Team, es war ein Traum Aufenthalt! "

"First of all I have to say that the staff were some of the best I ever had in a hotel. They were especially helpfull with arranging our luggage to be sent to Tokyo which worked without any issues. The hotel is right next to the subway station so going around Kyoto is easy. The room was quite spacious and modern and the bathroom was the best on the whole trip."
