„Rundum ein sehr besonderer Aufenthalt “

„Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. „Great property, super nice people, fantastic location. Needs a gym, window was covered by 2 meters of snow - barely day light, no real bar atmosphere “

„Super nice accommodation. Very affordable in off season. “

„Gutes Frühstück, geräumige Zimmer, gemütliches Onsen im Hotel. Die Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer ist gefühlt mindestens 50jährig. Die Dusche ist ein Witz. “

„privates Onsen im Tatami-Zimmer oder öffentliches mit tollem Blick, direkter ZUgang zur Piste von den für jedes Zimmer vorhandenen Ski-Schränken am Pistenzugang. Ein perfektes Skiurlaubserlebnis.“

„From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve.“

„快適に、夏期休暇を過ごす事が出来ました。 冷房設備が欲しいなぁと、思う日がありました。“

„Great service staff that is helpful in any situation and the view is just spectacular!“
