„The rooms are clean but I do feel it does need a bit of TLC or a quick makeover. The staff were helpful however did see much of them.“

„Very helpful staff as we had to check in late, easy to reach via phone as well, useful booklet in the room and more info leaflets in the communal space.“

„Sehr gut3“

Komme gerne wieder.“

„it's a great location, with a marvelous view. right on the sea front, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. check in procedure was fast but very friendly. should have booked parking, but that was my fault. what i like are decent showers, with plenty of water pressure, which often is a real issue in hotels around the uk, no disappointment either. i had a great easter break, thank YOU !“

„Claire was a gracious and helpful host who really went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.“

„We found the staff very friendly, had a lovely meal in the restaurant with the staff very attentive. The room we were allocated was room 6, a cozy double room even so a chair of some kind would have been useful and yes there was enough room for one. It had a great shower but a shelf in the cubicle would be of great advantage. It would have been helpful to be advised in the advertising of the room that the window in the room was frosted so there were no views from the room.“
