„Wir haben tolle 10 Tage im Haus von Juan Carlos verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Es wirkte, wie ein Privatstrand, da ausser uns kaum andere Strandbesucher gab. „We enjoyed our time at the house. It was comfortable and just steps from the beach. The porch facing the beach is covered and really big. It catches the breeze most of the day. It is a wonderful place to eat breakfast. The bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable for us. We like a little firmer mattress so it suited us perfectly. „The home is exactly as described, extremely clean and comfortable, everything worked well. The owner is very helpful; she made sure that we were satisfied. She provided us with enough drinkable water for our stay, coffee, all the towels and linen we needed. I would rent from her again. Open the back doors and you’re right on the ocean; in the upstairs bedrooms we were sleeping with the blinds open because that view is just amazing, and that’s why we rented here.“

„This is a great property right on the beach. Perfect for our needs for our whole family (9 people) to get together for Christmas. Plenty of room and great cooking facilities to allow us to cook big meals. Nice to sit by the beach or enjoy the private pool area. Close to Progreso for all our grocery needs and easy to get to Merida, ruins and other Yucátan sights. Juan was a great host - there to greet us and very responsive. “

„Air conditioning was awful. The rooms would turn off and the living room didn’t have it. The kitchen is just set up as a decoration. You can’t even use it. You have to use the back up kitchen they told us we broke a couple little arrangements which we never did. They just wanted to keep our deposit?
