The bathrooms are newly remodeled with luxurious finishes, and the home includes a quiet private courtyard ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Located in the heart of Savannah’s Victorian District, the home sits on a picturesque, tree-lined street just steps from coffee shops, restaurants, and Forsyth Park. The area is peaceful, historic, and walkable, offering a true local experience with easy access to the Historic District.



Getting Around:

The home is ideally located for walking, biking, or short rides to restaurants, shops, and the Historic District. Street parking is free and typically easy to find. Rideshares arrive quickly, and Forsyth Park is only a short stroll away.

This is a fully remodeled historic home with high-end finishes. Please be mindful of the quiet residential neighborhood.
