Exposed wood ceiling beams add historic character, and natural light fills the space through plantation shutters.



A private porch off the main room overlooks the courtyard below. The full bathroom has modern fixtures. Mini-split AC keeps you comfortable year-round.

You have exclusive access to the entire carriage house suite, your private porch, and the one-car garage (compact or medium-sized only) below for parking.



The courtyard and patio are shared spaces with the main property.



The main house and garden apartment are separate units with their own entrances; you'll enter through the back courtyard.



Keyless entry for convenient self-check-in, plus an emergency backup key on-site.
