Newly constructed in 2022 as an addition to the historic Lyons House, this fairytale carriage house was intentionally designed to provide the most romantic and luxurious getaway a couple can enjoy in the heart of Savannah.

Treat yourself to the luxurious jacuzzi tub for two, with crystal chandelier and exposed brick walls throughout the royal master bathroom. Enjoy the glass-enclosed and large walk-in shower, body sprays on high-end tiled shower walls, and stunning hardware. The spa treatment is completed with gorgeous carved wood vanities and mirrors, and a heated towel rack.

Into the royal bedroom, you can rest on a large King wrought iron canopy bed, centered against a beautiful exposed brick wall, softened by dramatic yet romantic damask draperies.

This dream bedroom boasts a functioning electric fireplace adding to the ambience, and a large flat-screen smart television perfectly blended into the romantic décor.

The spa-like feel and luxurious touches in the master bathroom and bedroom, are only part of why the Lyons Carriage House stands out among all the others in the Historic District. Despite of being built in 2022, this incredible home has the ability to bring you back in time!

Romance is seen through classic lenses by the designers. Because of it, you will notice gorgeous designer wallpapers, rich damask draperies, multiple crystal chandeliers, purposefully chosen paint colors, and elegant artwork and furniture. The traditional style here is also seen on the expensive millwork throughout, on the solid red oak doors with their stunning hardware, and on the pristine kitchen cabinetry and stone countertop.

Into the first floor, you`ll find a lovely kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances. Here you can count on a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a two-burner cooktop. Also available are a Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, cooking essentials to prepare and serve your meals, besides complimentary snacks and drinks as the owners` Southern way of saying: welcome y`all!

Continuing on the first floor, there is a cozy dining nook beautifully decorated with textured designer wallpaper, where you can enjoy a meal, watch television on the L-shaped sofa-bench, and even catch up on a few emails from work. In addition, you will find the most charming half-bathroom in town, making this carriage a 1.5 bath with plenty of space for your group of four to get ready.

For couples with children, there is a special place designed just for them on the second floor. On this flex space, you`ll find a lovely bunk bed hand painted to seamlessly blend with its own alcove, with rich privacy curtains in front, and easy-to-access charging stations on floating shelves. This twin size bunk bed can also comfortably accommodate adults.

The walk-in closet and laundry are also on the second floor, and here you can count on shelf space, a dresser, hanging racks, iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Lyons Carriage House is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay, prior to each new arrival.
Safety devices - We have one actively recording camera on the exterior of the house, above the garage gate overlooking the street.
Home access is via code typed on door keypad.
Pets, parties, and smoking, are not allowed on the premises.
-Guest is required to sign the rental agreement.
-A security deposit of $200 will be put on hold during the length of the stay.
-Compact garage is for a single compact car only. Garage dimensions inside: 10'4W x 21'L x 8'6"H. Opening to enter with the compact car once garage gate is up: 92"W x 87"H.
-Outside quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM.
-Baby crib, high chair, and gate for stairs are available without additional fee, but must be requested at reservation.
