We enjoyed our weekend stay for a weekend. The only criticism I have is the property is actually a basement and was kind of damp feeling for the stat. All in all easy in and out with no problems

Clean and large rental in great location

Booked this for a quick getaway with my 3 adult children. The rental was larger than I expected and had everything I needed. It was also very clean. The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. Small market/liquor store across the street was convenient. We even walked to river walk which took about 30 min but it was a nice walk and didn’t seem like it was far. Loved the older home feel but w nice updates.

We stayed here in April and it's a great location. We just had a few suggestions--we recommend installing more hooks in the bathrooms and bedrooms and adding a few more items to the kitchen, including a large pot.

The building itself is pretty rundown, location was great

The owners made an effort to update but it's still pretty rundown. Definitely needs more TLC. Also a little claustrophobic inside. Pictures made it look large and inviting but it's not. One bedroom had a broken headboard but we didn't need all 3 beds so left it alone and didn't complain. Location is good but not nice area to sit outside. Also outside furniture was filthy and didn't want to sit on it.

Beautiful spot n a central location.

We were pleased with the place. It was as described. The people upstairs started playing with their dogs late at night 10:30 but not the owners fault. They supplied a nicely set up kitchen, fantastic shower and very comfortable beds.

We had a lovely time here. The location is fabulous - easily walkable to the non-touristy parts of Savannah, and easy parking on the street. A few simple things would be helpful at this apartment, like hooks for towels and clothes, a tea kettle, and replacing the cracked ice cube tray, but overall we had a great stay.
