Even though we know you'll be spending much of your stay across Savannah's many worthwhile attractions, we deck our Savannah vacation homes out with industry-leading, therapeutic-quality beds to make sure you're recharged for every fun-filled day you plan on having here in Savannah, Georgia.
Tucked away on the second floor of this Savannah townhome, this master bedroom features a queen-size bed centered on beautiful hardwood flooring; the room features a cozy blue, white, and gray color scheme that's set off by bright sky blue accents.
Immediately across from the foot of the bed is a flatscreen TV on a spacious four-drawer dresser, centered in between a pair of white double-doors lined top to bottom with windows. Both doors lead to the master bedroom's second-story balcony, which overlooks the rear of the townhome.
Bedroom number two= features a closet and a remarkably spacious bathroom. A wide white marble sink top acts as the bathroom's centerpiece, wide enough to reasonably, comfortably accommodate at least three people getting ready in the mirror simultaneously.
Heading further into the bathroom is a modern dual-flush toilet that's followed by a roomy shower with dual sliding glass doors, each of which features a sturdy grab bar for added in-shower stability. Guests looking for maximum relaxation can opt out of a shower by drawing a bath in the shower's bathtub.
Although it features a different layout and floor plan, bedroom number one is similarly home to more-than-ample amenities than the average bedroom. Firstly obvious is the bedroom's super-spacious king bed, which is separated from the wall via an in-theme dark blue upholstered headboard; wider than it is long, the king-size bed is surrounded by two all-white, dainty yet sleek end-table-and-lamp combos.
Also based on the second story, bedroom number one sports an en suite bathroom complete with a sink, shower, and dual-flush toilet. If you've never used a rainfall shower before, now's your chance to see what all the fuss is about! This master bedroom's shower also has a detachable second showerhead, a grab bar, and a single sliding glass door.
Across the room from the bed is a mid-size closet and a three-deep drawer, on top of which is a flatscreen TV of the same size and specifications as bedroom number two's HDTV.
Lastly, on the left of the bed are three square, nine-pane windows spaced roughly four feet apart with nautical-themed artwork centered in between them. You're also sure to enjoy the white faux bear rug on the floor — talk about a super soft, fuzzy home for your feet!
Unlike the previous two bedrooms, this last lodging area isn't a master bedroom. It also doesn't have a full bathroom — however, its small half-bath will be plenty to keep your kids or other younger family members out of your master bedroom!
Aside from its aforementioned half-bathroom, this bedroom's most defining characteristic is its pair of deceptively comfy twin beds. They're placed on the ends of a lengthy, roughly 25-foot-long and foot-and-a-half-high bookshelf-slash-bed-support. In between the two beds is a tall, bed-length wardrobe with plenty of space for this bedroom's residents.
Unlike the other two bedrooms at Savannah Charm, bedroom number three has a fully-fledged living room equipped with a full-size couch, a single-occupancy love seat, and a round ottoman that doubles as a coffee table. On the other side of the room — opposite the living room furniture — is a large flatscreen TV atop a sleek black entertainment system.

We were in Savannah for SCAD graduation. The house was so welcoming and perfect for our get togethers between graduation activities. The decor was a beautiful combination of vintage and updated. The location was perfect for strolls around Savannah. I would definitely recommend it!

I rented this house to stay in the charm of our first visit to Savannah. Location was great. The interior was comfortable, the kitchen basic but good, we had not planned to cook. The beds were fine. If you are traveling with children the 3rd floor was awesome.We had a large vehicle and we parked sideways in the double parking spots.The down side was the outdoor space. Given the time we visited (mid May) I thought the courtyard, with the furnishings and the fire pit would be perfect. The whole area needed attention. We were not able to enjoy the ambiance as it was moldy, needed cleaned and racked. The only other con is, the neighbor 2 doors down chose to chain smoking on his front porch which caused us to keep the front door closed…we realize there is nothing the owner can do about this, but some folks are very sensitive to this.With this all being said, the management company was very attentive.I would give the place a 7/10

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It would have been nice to have the option of dropping off our luggage prior to check-in of 4pm while the cleaners were doing their thing but we understood that was not an option prior to arrival. Otherwise, great communication and stay.

Property is well-kept on a beautiful and quiet street. Kitchen is small but adequate. Parking in back is a little tricky. Wish we had more towels rather than just one each, and the showers were a little difficult to figure out.

We really enjoyed staying at the this beautiful Jones Street townhome! The house was decorated beautifully and spacious for our party of six. The beds were very comfortable and the place was extremely clean. The location was ideal. Walking distance to all that Savannah has to offer. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This seemed to be a unit handled by a commercial property management company - we rarely communicated with the same “host” or rather, agent.A couple days before our trip, I received a message saying they will be doing kitchen renovations during our stay. This was the first communication I had received of this. I was able to have the company postpone the renovation after I reached out to Vrbo customer service and had them handle it directly, but it caused my family unnecessary stress to deal with that. In the unit there was minimal soaps, especially considering it’s for 8 people, so we had to buy some at a pharmacy. Also, if you desire a late checkout, I was surprised to learn that we had to pay extra - either 50 or 100 depending on how many hours later we would be out.The positives are that it is a great location and easily walkable to everywhere you’d want to see in Savannah, and the unit itself is historical and well decorated.

We enjoyed our stay on historical Jones St. We thought the home we booked was one of the old, old historical homes, but it was not. The water pressure in the master en suite was nil with barely luke warm water in the shower. The water pressure in the hall shower was ok, but only enough hot water to last about 3/4 of a shower before turning cold. The pictures make the space look bigger, but was just fine for 3 of us. The kitchen is tiny. When we had to park in the back, the short walk around to enter home was not bad....But we had a big SUV and had to park crooked in the 2 spots to fit & not hang out into the alley way. The main floor was not heated (during a chilly front that came thru) & the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms was hot when we did try to warm the main floor. The open attic area was cute & temps also fluctuated up there. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the front stoop chatting with neighbors and such who were all so welcoming & full of tips & tricks & off the beaten "tourist" path.

There's not one negative thing to say. From the booking to the extremely easy check-in and check out, The process was seamless. Additionally, this is undoubtedly one of the nicest VRBOs that we have rented. The description matched the location. And you're right in the heart of historic Savannah.

Location and Accommodations were great. A few items that need to be addressed are
1. Need Instructions on how to turn the bathtub water on in the upstairs hall bathroom. Had to call maintenance to find out how to do. Was not a traditional method for three women. We turned left and right, not straight out.
2. Sink Faucet in Master Bedroom was loose and needs to be secured.
3. Shower in master bathroom never got hot enough. The water controls were confusing.
4. Stains on living room sofa needs to
be addressed. It looked dirty.
5. 3rd floor bedroom needs to have a way to use ceiling fans on during the night without having can lights on.

This was the perfect location to get to the sights downtown. It worked really well for having 3 young kids who could have the top floor to themselves for playing/sleeping. The kitchen is very small and I recommend bringing your own utensils/pans if you plan to cook because it is sparsely stocked. We also did not use the parking spaces because you cannot access the property from the back gate so we used street parking which worked fine. Overall, we would definitely stay there again and I recommend it if you have a bigger group/kids. We had 4 adults and 3 kids under 10 and it was adequate space wise.

This home was absolutely perfect for our short stay in Savannah during the summer. We had 4 adults, 2 babies, and a toddler. The home was the perfect size for our party. We did have to toddler-proof the home a bit, as we didn't want her to disturb any of the gorgeous artifacts in the home. We enjoyed walking around the historic neighborhood. The home was walking distance to almost everything we needed. We appreciated having access to the pool at Tybee Island but it rained before we could take advantage. Overall, a wonderful vacation.

The property was excellent! The kids (teens) had fun checking out each room on each floor to pick their favorite. The balcony off the spare room was very pleasant in the morning. The patio area was nice in the evening. The overall neighborhood was quiet, for a downtown location.
