„We rented this unit because it had a hot tub.When we arrived the hot tub wouldn't work. We called the host, Victor, and he said he would fix it the next day. We waited almost all day before someone came. The guy said he had to take it apart. We said no because the tub said air in lines. He did bleed the lines and it worked for 2 days. Then they came to clean it and when we went to use it that night it was cold. No power to the tub. I emailed Victor and he said to turn the power on,which we did ...

„Property suites us well. Email about checkin was not sent. Many urgent emails sent the day before and day of checkin. Finally a response when we had landed and were driving. Directions to the rental were poor. Condo was clean and tidy. “

„We had a marvelous stay! The property was perfect for our family. We are familiar with the area and chose it because of the location. Arashi beach is less than a mile—my favorite!Victor was a very attentive host. The condo was larger than I expected. The decor was tasteful. We had a small mishap and Victor came through for us! The employees at the guard shack are also helpful! “
