„Wortkarge Begrüßung. Leider waren die Cookies bereits um 19.00 Uhr aus. Das Fenster des Zimmers war mit einer Mauer verbaut. Wir haben direkt auf diese Wand geschaut. Ein absolutes No-Go für diesen Übernachtungspreis. 100 % Zufriedenheit muss anders gestaltet werden.“

„Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was a dark spot on the bathroom ceiling that appeared to be Mold, maybe from water leak. We opted to eat breakfast one day, but 1 hour into breakfast some items were out and never refilled. Staff was aware. Opted to go out the other two days. Coffee is available in the lobby, but not all hours. There was none available at 5 AM. There isn’t a guide for the tv, but if you ask at the front desk, they try to accommodate. „Großes Zimmer, sehr sauber, gute Lage“

„Beautiful apartment in a hip spot. Very comfy bed. A little pricey, but we were in town for a concert and all the hotels in the area were expensive. Note that the Marrakech restaurant downstairs started loud karaoke at 8:30am on Saturday morning, but thankfully we were already awake!“

„It was comfortable and price was reasonable. The room was not the cleanest as their were used fake eyelashes all on the ground and the bathroom light around the middle was blinking on and off the whole time. The sheets also had dirt on them so we did have to request some clean sheets. “

„Es war alles sauber und es gab alles was ich brauchte. Es machte einen recht neuen Eindruck, leider waren schon einige Ecken ziemlich „abgenutzt“ gerade an den Möbeln. Was ich für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse nicht verstehen kann, die Handtücher waren kaputt, am Rand ausgerissen oder löcherig. Schade!“

„The room was very clean and everything in good working order, except the bathroom. It was clean but, the grab bar, which I use, came off the wall on one end. The first “fix” was to just set back up there. I grabbed it, thinking it was fixed. Also we booked a king and found out when we got there it was a queen room. We had specifically chosen that one because of the couch. No offer of compensation. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Good choices on the TV. “
