„Nette und zuvorkommende MitarbeiterInnen, gute Gästebetreuung“

„Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. Special mention for Manager Ashok and F&B staff Stuti and Anup. “

The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot.“

„The entire hotel was spotless. The staff were all so friendly and willing to help.“

„Very nice stay! The room was clean and the staff super friendly. They helped us with our activities bookings and made our stay successful and pleasant. We highly recommend ☺️🙏“

„The Hotel is really nice and the staff super friendly. Bathroom could be a bit more modern but no problem“
