The dining room features a bench-style table with views of the backyard deck, while the kitchen is equipped with electric appliances and hardwood cabinetry and plenty of appliances to make cooking easy. The bedrooms are thoughtfully set up with a king bed, a full bed, and two sets of bunk beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra flexibility. With two full bathrooms, mornings and evenings flow with ease.



Outdoors, enjoy a spacious yard shaded by tall trees and a large deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Best of all, the home is walkable to Lake Michigan beaches and Saugatuck’s charming downtown—restaurants, shops, and galleries are right at your doorstep.
