„Cooperated staff but the rooms and lines dirty“

„Super sauberes schönes Hotel mit einem Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner:) traumhaft nach der Umra Reise aus Mekka. Der Pool auf dem Dach toll bis Mitternacht offen. Das Frühstück war eine Legende von warmen Gerichten bis hin zu einem europäischem Frühstück. Das einzige was ich bemängeln kann, ist dass man im Zimmer keine Fenster öffnen kann und diese automatische Klimaanlage nicht ausstellen kann. Es war abends zu kalt im Zimmer. “

The staff are wonderful and more than ready to help with anything and everything. This was a wonderful exoerience and we will be back with more people.“

„I stayed here for the F1 race because the prices were much more reasonable than most places. It was about an hour walk each way in nice warm weather. Probably quicker than getting a taxi in the evenings due to the amount of traffic in the area. The room was beautiful, I was very impressed with the room, the hotel and the staff. „Very economical, 1/3 price of what all of the regular branded hotels were charging. If I had to mention anything for improvement, I would get softer mattresses, the one I slept in was quite firm. The sheets and comforter were high quality and comfortable. Wifi was good speed. Parking underground was a lifesaver as the location is impossible to find a spot without the hotel reserved parking underground. The staff were efficient, don’t expect cheerfulness though.“

„In the heart of Jubail City. No private parking. You have to rely on paid public parking. Very poorly trained service staff. Housekeeping was poor. They didn't provide towels. When we asked for it, there was no positive response. Usee harsh words to drive us out at around 1.00 pm though checkout was at 2.00 pm Won't come back“

„The rooms were spacious and attendrent tried to help are two good things I can say about this property. But the access is difficult from front door, manager didn't speak English, demanded cash didn't accept credit card, dining/kitchen was devoid of any utnesils, pots, cups, bathroom didn't have towels, toiulet papers, toiletries, shower curtain, and water supply was poor and cold.“
