„The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. “

„Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice.“

„Schönes Hotel mit etwas älteren Zimmern die sehr hellhörig sind. Toll ist der Poolbereich und auch die Steam shower. Die Lage am See ist traumhaft schön. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel nochmal buchen “

„We liked our unit, we had the mountain view. Location was great and we had a wonderful time in our unit in the 4th floor high ceiling. The people who are assisting over the phone were very helpful and accommodating. Keep up the cleanliness in the area/unit. Thank you!“

„Ich war dort 4 Nächte und den ganzen Tag unterwegs, dafür reicht dieses Hotel aus. Ich empfand die Betten als bequem und das Hotel von der Lautstärke in Ordnung. Da ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer steht, sind Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war phänomenal, das Bad hätte sauberer sein dürfen. Allgemein ist das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig. In den 4 Tagen gab es auch kein Housekeeping, was ich genossen habe, ein Handtuchwechsel wäre allerdings angebracht gewesen. Für de geringen ...

„The place was roomy and spacious, way better then a hotel! Two of the beds weren't made, no apology was given and they insisted on interrupting our trip to come and make the beds after I said please dont. I probably wouldnt even bother to write this review had there been a sincere apology, I mean things happen right...Also the king bed was way too hard and there was glass doors on the den without curtains so you could not have privacy in that room. I think it could be way better if some things ...

„It was comfortable. The price was right. Feel like the property needs some maintenance. Communications needs to be a little more clear as it was a bit confusing to find our suit as it wasn’t a room inside. It was like what is meant to be a store space and it was repurposed for a suite. I loved the location and access “

„Good location just off the main strip of Harrison Lake. Unit was spacious and bright. Many screens on the windows are missing and unit is not air conditioned so it was warm. We found a broken old fan that we had to jerry rig to get working. The building is not very well unsulated and we could hear the neighbors talking until 3 am. Bathroom was quite dirty and the shower drain was clogged. Wont be staying here again as its bot worth the proce we paid “
