„The restaurant was closed at dinner. The pool was freezing cold, hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not available until 8 am which was not noted online so we ended up going to McDonald's for a meal that supposed to be in the price we paid. The A/C was not working properly. We will be sending our breakfast receipt in.“
