"Wir hatten dank Hotels.com/Expedia VIP-Status ein upgrade bekommen auf ein Zimmer (44 m) auf der 28 Etage. Mit einem schönen Blick auf die Stadt und die Bucht von Kobe. Frühstück Buffet war sehr gut. Das Hotel hat direkte Verbindung zur Shinkansen-Station Shin-Kobe. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"This airport hotel is basically perfect for its purpose. You cannot hear the airport (or airport mall, for that matter) noises at all. And I say that as someone extremely vulnerable to sleep disruption from noise. A minor issue when it comes to cleanliness is that, apparently, the space between the beds and the walls doesn't seem to get cleaned. When I looked down the left side of my bed, which was right next to the wall, I saw some minor trash and dust. However, this is barely even a complaint, as everything else was absolutely clean. "
