  • Dieses kürzlich renovierte Haus ist in einem ansprechenden, modernen costaricanischen Stil gestaltet und verfügt über einen offenen Wohnbereich, der das Leben drinnen und draußen nahtlos miteinander verbindet, sowie über einen sehr privaten Infinity-Pool. Diese geräumige Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern an der wunderschönen Playa Hermosa in Guanacaste bietet ihren Gästen atemberaubende Ausblicke von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang.

    Der Grundriss des Hauses umfasst einen offen gestalteten Wohnbereich, ein großes Esszimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschküche und vieles mehr.

    Die Glasschiebetüren laden dich zum Pool und auf die Terrasse ein. Der Panoramablick von diesem Bereich wird dich sprachlos machen.

    Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad mit einer Badewanne, einer geschlossenen Dusche, einem Doppelwaschtisch und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses findest du ein Gästezimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einem eigenen Bad. Die Bettwäsche in beiden Suiten besteht aus 100 % zertifizierter ägyptischer Baumwolle und Tagesdecken aus Bio-Baumwolle.

    Die Küche verfügt über eine große Kochinsel und ist komplett mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die du brauchst (einschließlich eines Ninja-Mixers), sowie hochwertigen Töpfen, Pfannen und Messern aus Edelstahl. Es gibt einen Außengrill, um köstliche Mahlzeiten im Freien zu genießen, obwohl dich die zwitschernde Symphonie der Natur, die das Haus umgibt, sicher in ihren Bann ziehen wird.

    Dieses wunderschöne Haus liegt in den Bergen von Hermosa Beach, Guanacaste, nur 5 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt.
    Playa Hermosa ist ein kleines, ruhiges Städtchen und bietet eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, in denen du die köstliche costa-ricanische Küche genießen kannst.

If you are looking for a very relaxing stay with an ocean view and an amazing pool, this is the house! Host was great and very communicative. Note, Tamarindo and Flamingo Beach were about 1 hour and 30 minutes away, which were perfect drives to start our adventures.For night life, Coco Beach is only a 15-minute drive away and has a great scene. Just a heads up for future guests: the roads can be narrow in some sections, but they felt safe overall. Highly recommend!"

What a lovely gem in Playa Hermosa. The house was better than the listing and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook the perfect meals! We loved the beds and the pool is where we spent most of our time. The property managers were great and so responsive. This is our 3rd time staying at Casa Aria. We return yearly because of the property, the VIEW, the safety of the neighborhood and the surrounding community. This is the only time I did not give 5stars on cleanliness as the pool was dirty upon arrival. I didn’t complain as we figured the pool people would show up at some point, as they have in the past, but no one did. We are also used to a day where grounds people will show up to tend to the grassy areas. That didn’t happen either. There was a wasp nest under the patio cover, to which I am highly allergic, but they live here, we don’t. Just avoided the area. Still our favorite place to be. Easy check in and out. Host was available if needed, but gave us our space.

Beautiful Location

Wet and Wonderful

The property is excellent and very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was a bit challenging during our stay. The only improvement would be more landscaping around the pool and outdoor kitchen area. The location, view and Playa Hermosa were all very enjoyable. Many nearby amenities. Clean, beautiful property. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen. Everything functioned perfectly for us, and when the stovetop wouldn’t light they fixed it immediately. The Broker made multiple reservations for us; super helpful.

House in Paradise

This home is absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures and description show and say. The views are incredible and you are so close to beaches and restaurants. William, the Property Manager was beyond helpful and great with communicating, as well as answering any questions we may have, even if as random as where to park at the beach! Our stay not nearly long enough, and we definitely could have used a few more days. But we will be back!

Such a GEM!

This home is so beautiful and our experience was amazing. The house was spotless, the rooms very cozy and the house was fully stocked with all the essentials, including a host of bath and pool towels, and a washer and dryer! The pool experience was so delightful and the pool lighting was able to be changed with no issues. Of course the view is the best part and it was so breathtaking to wake up to each day! Last but not least, Raquel with the Brokerage team was amazing and so very helpful.

Bumpy ride to scenic bliss

My wife and I stayed at Casa Aria for 3 weeks in Feb 2024: After a short 5 minute drive up a bumpy road you arrive at at the house, a beautiful home from home with the most stunning view. The house is very well setup with everything you need to enjoy CR. We would love to stay for a second time as long as the construction work is complete on the house next door, it was quite noisy from early in the morning until dusk 6 days per week for our entire stay. The home owner was very reasonable, understanding and sympathetic. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Simply Amazing!!

Wow. This place is outstanding! The views and the house itself are to die for. Beautiful, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living room! Even Pool floaties! William was so good to us. From booking an excursion, a dinner out and allowing us to print our boarding passes off before we left. We couldn’t say enough good things about this place. If ever back in Playa Hermosa, would definitely look at staying here again. Only downfall was the construction of the house next door, but we were gone most days so wasn’t a big deal. Pura Vida!

Casa Aria is a dream!

I have visited Rica for 13 years and my last visit to Casa Aria in Playa Hermosa was the best! Casa Aria is an extremely well-appointed villa - all of our needs were met (and then some!) right down to cooking essentials. Raquel from Brokers Costa Rica waited for us at the office to drive us to Casa Aria (and we were 3 hours late, but she stayed to wait for us). Raquel was available at all times by cell. Casa Aria has one of the best views of Playa Hermosa in Mar Vista! The view is absolutely breathtaking! It is exactly a 5-minute car drive from Casa Aria to the beach (which is never crowded). There are lots of great restaurants in Playa Hermosa very close to Casa Aria (we loved Roberto's). Casa Aria was our oasis for the week - we were more than happy to stay in several nights for dinner because the indoor and outdoor kitchens are very well-equipped. The house is beautifully furnished ad decorated - it does not seem like a rental - and we were really impressed with the welcome letter/binder. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and restful holiday, then you should consider staying at Casa Aria in Mar Vista. I will definitely be returning!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a return trip because the first time was so amazing we had to go back! The view and the privacy is what will continue to bring us back. It’s the best well stocked (kitchen) rental we have ever stayed which makes staying in easy. However, in a year, you can see the wear on the home. We had trouble with the a/c- which they came out the next day to fix. The hairdryer did not work. The pool lights no longer changed colors. We dropped something on the floor and noticed how dirty it was under the bed, we never saw a pool cleaning service, and although it rained quite a bit, I’m not sure that brings the amount of dirt and insects into the pool. The pool cushions need cleaned. Overall these are very insignificant things and did not take away from our experience but just in a matter of comparison from one year to the next- they were noticeable.

Casa Aria is stunning!

As soon as we stepped into Casa Aria and were welcomed with the spectacular view, we knew we had made the right choice for our stay in Playa Hermosa. Raquel with Pex Brokers gave us an informative tour of the house. There was also a very useful binder that provided all sorts of information about the house & great restaurants & excursions. We were two couples each celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and the layout of the house was very conducive to providing each couple with their own space while still providing lots of common areas to enjoy! the house and kitchen were very well stocked. The interior’s design is only outdone by the exterior layout of the pool and sunk-in bar/bbq area. The outdoor seating space was very comfortable and we really appreciated being able to enjoy the view during the day and in the evening. Unfortunately, after a long day on the ocean, we came back to no water at the house which made things challenging and uncomfortable considering we were not able to shower, flush the toilets or start on our laundry as we were leaving the next morning. This certainly put a big damper on the nice evening we had planned for our 25th wedding anniversary. We inquired about a possible partial reimbursement given the hefty price we paid for the night but never heard anything back from the broker. Nevertheless, we really appreciated Raquel’s prompt response who arranged for water truck come the next morning and allowed us a later checkout. Pura Vida!
