When we arrived bathtub was clogged & 2 sink faucets needed to be replaced. Owner responded quickly to that problem. Oven was not clean. The tv’s didn’t work because remotes needed batteries & one needed relplacement. One remote was so sticky we needed to use a paper towel to hold it. „It seemed to be recently remodeled in excellent condition. Good safe location. Lots of room for a couple but had an extra bedroom so it would work great for a family. The outdoor area was huge with a great gas grill area. Lots of extra little touches like coffee tea chocolate andchampagne.“
