Dieses schöne Haus bietet 4 Schlafzimmer sowie einen Schlafraum und 5 Badezimmer mit Platz für bis zu 12 Betten. Fahrräder sind inbegriffen oder Sie können einen Golfwagen für die Insel mieten. Wachen Sie jeden Morgen mit einer Tasse Kaffee zu den Klängen der hereinkommenden Brandung auf, beobachten Sie Delfine und genießen Sie den Sonnenaufgang von Ihrer hinteren Terrasse oder der Dachterrasse. Sie können die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Buchtwasser von den 2 Decks auf der Rückseite des Hauses, dem Yachthafen vom Vorderdeck und dem Insel- und Ozeanwasser von Ihrem Dachdeck aus genießen. Great house on a quiet street

The home is beautiful and perfect for a large group. It is well maintained and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It is located on the end of a quiet street away from the traffic in town. The pool has the perfect mix of sun and shade.

Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay at the Bridgeview House! The property is just as beautiful as the pictures. The house is so spacious we sometimes couldn't find each other! The pool is shaded almost all day, which was a little bit of a bummer. We just went to the beach or utilized the top deck when we wanted sun. You should be prepared to go up and down lots of stairs at this house. It wasn't a problem for us, but could be for other renters. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the house to others!

Great property!

The house and property are beautiful! I was surprised by the direct water view from the main living area and many other rooms in the house. The house was so spacious and the layout was perfect for our party of 10 with 4 kids. We had plenty of room to spread out and also to be together in the family room/kitchen area. The games in the garage were a hit and we used the bikes and beach chairs a lot. The house is fairly close (a short bike ride) from an adorable part of town with great restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place with Family and Friends For Spring Break!

We had a wonderful trip with our family and friends from 3/25 - 4/1. The house was amazing and the pool was just perfect for people of all ages. The amenities were top tier and Anna Maria Island as a whole did not disappoint. We would 100% stay with Josh again (who had great communication with a minor issue we had that was taken care of ASAP). Very Happy!

Anna Maria Relax and Enjoy

This Property is in the perfect location and will offer you all the amenities you are looking for. The house is spacious as we had10 people and we all had privacy, and never felt cramped at all. The house has everything you would need including the following: Pool and Spa Elevator Bikes Ping Pong Plenty of Towels Parking for 2 cars Great Location I have rented many homes and I must say that this was one of the best as far as quality of the home, cleanliness, and amenities.

Amazing Beach House

The house was amazing! Very clean and the perfect set up! We especially enjoyed the hot tub, the top floor lookout porch and the bikes! This house is perfectly set up for a large group! We enjoyed a resting day in the hot tub watching movies on the outdoor TV on a rainy day! The covered pool area was a huge plus since it rained a few days! The Roku TVs were a plus being able to share our photos and movies right to the TVs. We were in town for a wedding and was a great place to get ready and enjoy the company of friends and family! The teens absolutely loved the bikes and their freedom to ride down to the beach and close to Pine street. The house really made our destination wedding amazing! We felt like celebrities! Please also note we had an issue with the hot tub heat and Sato Realty went above and beyond to get it fixed fast. We were very impressed with their hospitality!

House claimed to be on the beach is not

It was fault for not doing more thourough research as the house claims to be on the beach is not they say that on the listing but it really isn’t there is a house on the back of it so you really have no access as the other house blocks it this was my main issue with the house I guess it wouldn’t have matter as the location is awful if you like the beach to get to the best beaches in the gulf side is like a 30 min walk going by car is like 5 min but good luck finding parking anywhere we got lucky some friends rented close to the beach so we parked by their house. Now the good part the house is beautiful and very comfortable and property managers are very nice and attentive I called them with a couple of issues and they were prompt to take care of them. Another big issue no bathroom in pool level you have to go to second floor for it very uncomfortable but the main thing was the beach being far away so if you love the beautiful beach and being able to walk to it this house is not for you if you don’t care that much about having to drive or bike to the beach and you want to enjoy the pool and the great views this house will be great for you.

Perfect for large family!

Great home for families

This property is beautiful, and has plenty of room for multi-family groups to spread out. This property is amazing for families with school aged kids - the bunk room, kid hangout area with TVs, and the game room is great. The master bedroom is serene and quiet with amazing views. Throughout the home, we loved the colorful decor and quality of the furniture and finishings. The pool alarm is a comforting feature (once you figure out how it works)! The location is quiet and peaceful - sure there is a home in between you and the beach, but you still get wonderful views and privacy. You are next to the yacht dealership so don't be surprised to see huge boats from the front of the house. We rented golf carts to zip around the island which was ideal. Things that could be better? I was a little surprised we needed to stop by the Sato office to pick up key codes - it is very near the home so not a big problem. We were traveling with little ones, and I do wish the property included a pack n play, as well as more beach/sand toys for little ones.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this amazing home! We were wanting a five bedroom/five bath place to stay, and this beautiful residence did not disappoint! The spacious kitchen/living area was so accommodating for our large group. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every night! We also rode the bikes provided to the beach and shops. January Winter Escape

We had never been to Anna Maria Island before and were looking for a home we would feel comfortable in. This was IT! There were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen was well stocked. The pool was heated and amazing. The beach chairs, toys, and towels were all so nice to have there for our use. We brought our teenage daughter and son and his wife and our 10 month old grandson. The house was clean and our grandson crawled around everywhere. The only thing is, I wish it was closer to the beach. We drove like five minutes and were right there, so it's not a huge thing. The decks were fabulous and we could easily see the ocean which is what we desired the most. We also loved having the bikes right there for our use and were able to get to town, or the beach easily. Whenever we had an issue (and there were not many) the management was quick to resolve and help us. I would definitely rent from them again, just maybe a house actually on the beach. If you need a place for a few couples or a large family, this house was amazing. And as for the island, it's a slower pace with lots of older folks. So pretty quiet...which was also what we were looking for.

Amazing space - beautiful views and private space for several couples sharing a house.

5 couples came here to celebrate milestone birthdays. It was an amazing space - beautiful views (ocean on one side, marina on the other), separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each couple and the pool/hot-tub space were a great place to relax and have fun. Pool was warm, hot tub got nice and toasty, big grill for cookouts, TV to watch sporting events, easy access to garage where there were several games. We definitely want to visit again! House is so close to walk or bike to shops/restaurants. Loved that the house supplied several bikes.

Beautiful Home

My family and two others visited this beautiful home for our spring break vacation. I'm not sure who the decorator of the home was, but we all loved it. There was 12 of us, six kids and six adults. The house fit our needs perfectly. The view from the roof deck is amazing! The kids room with bunk beds on one side and TV viewing on the other enclosed by a barn door was a hit for the kids. We also really enjoyed spending time in the pool and Jacuzzi after some time on the beach each day and playing chef on the Jenn-Air appliances. We had a couple of technology issues when we first arrived, but the property management group and Debbie were quick to respond and resolve our issues. Thank you for a beautiful home away from home!

Perfect Beach Home

This home couldn’t have been any MORE perfect. High-end finishes all throughout, paired with an awesome kitchen and pool as well as an incredible floor plan made the trip most enjoyable. The adults had a floor to themselves, while the children had a blast in their bunk room and tv room. There were so many great outdoor sitting areas offering incredible views. Beautiful property in an incredible location

We are a family of 5 who loved staying at this spacious and absolutely beautiful home in Feb. Every detail is well thought out, and having the bathrooms off of every bedroom was a major plus. We were able to walk to the shops of Pine Ave (10 minutes or so), and rented a golf cart to explore the entire island. Seeing that ocean from the master bedroom window every day wasn't too shabby either. We will be back!
