Niemand war aufdringlich, Wünsche wurden zügig erfüllt. Einzig das Personal im Kids Club hätte etwas aufmerksamer sein können - sobald man als Elternteil mit anwesend war, lag der Fokus hier nicht auf den Kindern. "The room was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Any request, they're willing to help. I stayed here to relax in Chiang mai for 2 nights after staying in dorms a lot and I enjoyed it immensely. It was very quiet and the pool area is small but nice. The common area/breakfast area was also a nice place to relax away from my room. A night market is just a short walk away with lots of food options and many other shopping possibilities. Chinatown is also close by. It's also just a quick scooter ride away front the old town. The breakfast was delicious. There's a bit of everything. I enjoyed my stay here a lot and would come again for a relaxing quiet stay."

"Sehr schönes und landestypisch authentisches Resort mit großen Zimmern. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht mehr ganz neu, wird jedoch sehr sauber gehalten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an warmen thailändischen Gerichten. Leider verfügt das Hotel nach 16 Uhr über keinen Barservice. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Chiang Mai."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Cheeva Dee. The rooms were very clean with free water every day. The breakfast was delicious. You can order from a menu which we preferred because the food was freshly served. We had to checkout really early in the morning and each got a bag with an abundant breakfast to-go. Very friendly staff. We appreciated the hotel location, not in the middle of the Main Street where it can get really busy but everything is in walking distance. Airport max. 10min. 100% recommended"
