The Higashi area offers both easy access to the city center and a pleasant natural environment. Nearby, there are various shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafes, ensuring you have everything you need for daily life. Especially during the winter, illuminations and winter events held around the city will make your trip even more memorable.

Furthermore, this area provides great access to tourist spots. With the nearby Higashi-Kuyakusho-mae subway station, moving to Sapporo Station or New Chitose Airport becomes convenient.

The area around "OLD GARDEN HOUSE" is well-served by public transport, especially with the easy access to the Higashi-Kuyakusho-mae subway station. Major tourist attractions and facilities in Sapporo are easily reachable.

Taxis and buses are also available, offering various transportation options. However, for those who wish to explore the surroundings and enjoy sightseeing, renting a car is recommended. Please be cautious when driving, especially during winter due to snowy and icy roads.

*Post-Reservation Process
As this room is a legally approved accommodation by the local government, based on the law, we require a guest list of all stayers and foreign travelers to present their passports.

After making a reservation, please access the specified link, complete the guest list for all expected stayers, and for foreign travelers, attach a passport photo (page showing face, name, passport number, and expiry date) to the guest list. (For Japanese nationals, only the guest list is required; no need for passport presentation.)

Your personal information will strictly be used for submission to the Tourism Agency and no other purposes. If these rules are not followed, I may face penalties and might have to close this room. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

☆From November 1 to March 31, there is a possibility of snowfall. The roads might be very slippery due to ice; we recommend using anti-slip spikes sold at convenience stores. Please be careful.

☆Disclaimer for Parking Lot Damages
We are not liable for any damages (theft, car break-ins, etc.) incurred by guests using the parking lot. If a guest causes damage to a third party while using the parking lot, the guest shall compensate at their own expense and responsibility.
