„In spite of a 4 star hotel reception from the entry to checkin, the room I checked was smelly, dark, and archaic, which was still clean and spacious though, reminded me of a motel room somewhere in US midwest city. They definitely need a renovation.“

„It is a really nice place in Japanese tradition where you walk barefoot in the entire building after giving up your shoes at the entrance every time you walk in. The onsen is nice with an outdoor pool. Albeit nicely done, the hotel is probably a bit as it did not have any USB or similar connectors in the rooms. Turnign off all room lights at night worked in the end only by using a torch and shuting off the master switch for everything.“

„Located about halfway between station and Odori Park. tip: take the underground mall from the station and exit number 7 goes up direct near the hotel, much easier than walking on the street. Housekeeping does a fantastic job cleaning the room. Ample convenience stores nearby to buy supplies. Ice machines in the lobby. Bath was a bit musty but all in all a nice no frills business hotel chain. “
