The property was clean on arrival, had a secure and fenced garden for our dog and had plenty of utensils for cooking. The location is fabulous! Just a short walk to the local beach which was dog friendly and stunning! Then a short drive into Merimbula. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would make it even better was a remote for the garage door. “

„We , my family of 4, and family friend , another family of 4 - 8 in total , had a wonderful 6 night stay at Rosies. The property was well presented with everything we needed to cook family meals for a mass of kids, great layout for a large group. Could commune together when we wanted to and retreat for privacy as well. Fantastic to have towels and linen provided , especially travelling from Melbourne. Kids had fun with the games provided, seeing we were trying to limit screen time during the ...

„The property was a great place for a large group to spread out. Really nice modern house with lots of separate areas and good sized rooms. We would go again.“

„The house is extremely damp to the point it causes breathing difficulty. We had to open every single window and door to try and air it out. We all ended up coughing because of it. I would go to the extent of saying it is a health hazard !!! Also it is quite cool at night but the only heating is a bar heater with frayed wiring and summer strength doonas . We could not use any blankets from cupboards because of the extreme smell of mould !!! I advise anyone looking at this house to stay in to look ...

„We spent 4 days in Pambula Beach at this property. The location is on the cliff so views are great. But this house is so dirty and uncared for that it cast a shadow over our stay, knowing that after enjoying the beautiful outdoor we had to return to it. It is dog friendly which probably accounts for the piles of blond hair under the furniture. The kitchen is not fully equipped; there is no dishwasher which I don't mind but it means that your dishes are only as clean as the last visitors left ...

„Grundsätzlich ist das Haus ganz ok, leider ist das Housekeeping nicht soo gut. Der Boden wurde anscheinend feucht gewischt und dann ist man mit den Schuhen nochmals durchgegangen, so waaren überall Fussabdrücke. Die Küchenausstatung ist durche8nander und abgenutzt, lieber weniger und dafür im gutem Zustand. Die Anordnung der Lichtschalter folgt keiner Logik. Klima nir im Wohnzimmer, nichtin den Schlafzimmern.“
