Note: The building is undergoing restoration on the facade, where during your stay there may be construction noise during the day.

For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

We need a few hours to authorize your access at the entrance, so if you make your reservation for entry on the same day and it happens outside business hours, we will need more time to authorize your access.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

The standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use makeup to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

The building offers laundry facilities for a separate fee, outside the apartment.
