Guest Access:

Only a few cabinets and areas reserved for management remain locked and clearly marked. These areas are not included in the stay.

The location provides easy access to key business, shopping and leisure areas across the city.



Nearby, you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms and everyday services, combining a peaceful setting with convenience throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

The area offers several ways to get around São Paulo, with access to public transportation, taxis and ride-hailing services.



Morumbi and Granja Julieta CPTM train stations, as well as Brooklin and Borba Gato metro stations, serve the area. Congonhas Airport is also accessible from the house. Travel times may vary depending on traffic and time of day.



The house does not have private parking. Free street parking is possible, including directly in front of the property, subject to availability and local regulations. Street spaces are public and cannot be reserved.



Other Things to Note:

For a smooth and comfortable stay, please review the following information before booking:



• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.



• The maximum occupancy is 6 people. All guests must be registered on the reservation.



• Visitors who are not included in the reservation require prior approval. An additional fee of BRL 100 per person applies for day use and BRL 200 per person for an overnight stay. All additional charges will be processed through Airbnb.



• Parties, events and celebrations are permitted only with prior consultation. As these are uses beyond a standard stay, pricing will be determined according to each request and formalized through a new offer on Airbnb.



• Photo shoots, filming and other commercial uses of the property also require prior consultation. Pricing will be determined according to the type of use and formalized through a new offer on Airbnb.



• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.



• Waste must be separated into organic and recyclable materials and disposed of in the clearly marked bins located at the rear of the property.



• Pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation.



• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay, as well as for damaged or unreturned items. When applicable, reimbursement requests will be handled through Airbnb.



• The upstairs bedrooms and rooftop are accessed by stairs. Children must be supervised on the stairs, rooftop and outdoor areas.



The property has an electric security fence and security cameras installed near the entrance. The cameras monitor only the property’s external access points and do not monitor indoor guest areas.
