Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT:

Cleaning cancellations made after 8 AM on the scheduled day disrupt the team's planning and cause them a loss of income, so they will be charged at 50% of the cleaning fee. The amount will be requested through the platform's resolution center.

We have other studios in the same building.

There may be construction noise from neighboring buildings during working hours.

Interaction with Guests:

We prefer to be contacted through the Vrbo chat, via the app or website, since that's how our team works together. If needed, we're available in person, as we live in the same city.
