Super Host Brasil offers a beachfront apartment with a beautiful view of Santos beach and the sound of the sea. Decorated in a modern style, the apartment features a master suite, a Marvel-themed children's bedroom, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The building offers a panoramic swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Ideal for families or those seeking relaxation and convenience.

Valet parking is available for an additional fee on-site.

We are located right in front of the sea, on Canal 3, Gonzaga. Just cross the street to reach the best beach in Santos!

The apartment accommodates up to 5 people and provides sheets and towels for up to 4 guests. If 5 people are coming, the 5th guest must bring a single sheet and an extra towel. Beach towels and sarongs are not provided, so don't forget to bring your own!

Room descriptions: The master bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be joined or separated (we only provide sheets for the joined beds). The second bedroom has a standard double bed with Marvel-themed decor, ideal for children. This bed is of the Montessori/Japanese type, meaning it is lower, which may be uncomfortable for people with mobility difficulties. The apartment has only one bathroom, located in the en-suite bathroom and shared by all guests. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the sea, perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset.

The American-style kitchen is compact and equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and basic utensils. It is ideal for preparing small meals. For safety and convenience reasons, avoid frying, as the kitchen is not equipped for this type of cooking.

Building structure: The building is located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Santos, with 24-hour concierge service and easy check-in provided by the reception staff. The condominium's leisure area includes a swimming pool and gym with panoramic views. The complex also has a self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos), available for an additional fee.

Important: The apartment's voltage is 220v.

The guest will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, enjoying complete privacy and comfort. In addition, they can enjoy all the building's leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool and gym.

Guests also have access to the Clube XV beach tent, set up on weekends. The tent offers chairs and bar service (bringing drinks from other locations or coolers is not allowed).

PETS: We recognize that your pet is part of the family! We accept 1 small pet per rental, provided they know how to relieve themselves in an appropriate place. Please note that there is an additional charge of R$150.00 for the pet's presence, so it is necessary to add it to the number of guests.

It is important to emphasize that, when bringing their pet, the guest assumes full responsibility for any damage to the furniture and for the cleaning of upholstery and carpets, if necessary, at a cost of R$300.00. This measure aims to ensure that the environment remains pleasant for all our visitors.

Furthermore, dogs that bark when their owners are absent will not be allowed to be left alone in the apartment.
