Guidelines on Smoking and Coexistence:

- Please do not smoke inside the house under any circumstances.

- Smoking cigarettes, cigars, and vapes is only allowed in the outdoor areas, as long as it does not disturb the neighbors.

About Noise:

- Our home is located in a quiet residential area, with neighbors on both sides. To ensure a good relationship, we request that noise is kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Important: Failure to follow the guidelines on smoking and noise may result in a fine and other measures, in accordance with the reservation rules.

Please note that we are not responsible for forgotten items, as different teams may access the apartment after your departure. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you organize your belongings carefully before check-out. However, we understand that unforeseen events can happen, and items may be left behind. If this occurs and you need us to send a forgotten item, we are available to assist, but please be aware that a service fee of R$ 89 will be charged, in addition to shipping and packaging costs.

The house has two floors and is located on the beautiful José Menino beach. It is fully air-conditioned, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room, TV room, and even the kitchen. Enjoy the wonderful beach just a few steps away and then relax in the coolness of the entire house!

Bedroom 1 (Suite): Hot and cold air conditioning, queen-size bed, chairs for a reading nook, and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 (Room with a balcony): Air conditioning, king-size bed, and 2 auxiliary beds (The auxiliary beds are smaller and the mattresses are 1.73m long).

Bedroom 3 (Bedroom/Office): Air conditioning, one trundle bed with two single mattresses, and plenty of space for work or study.

Bathrooms: There are 3 full bathrooms (one of them is at the back of the house, in the yard area) and 1 half-bath. All bathrooms feature easily adjustable electric showers, liquid soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

TV Room: Air conditioning, 2 reclining chairs, and a sofa bed with a double mattress.

Air-conditioned kitchen: Equipped with microwave, air fryer, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker, blender, double oven, and all necessary utensils for daily use.

Social area: Includes a living room (with air conditioning), dining room, and a lounge perfect for relaxing.

Barbecue area: Ideal space for gatherings, with a minibar to keep beverages cold.

The house is pet-friendly (don't forget to include your pet in the reservation) and family-friendly, with a crib available upon request, silicone cutlery, and a stair gate for children's safety.
