"Struttura molto bella e personale gentilissimo. La pulizia della stanza aveva delle pecche (pulviscoli incastrati nelle porte scorrevoli, schizzi di prodotti sulle pareti del bagno,…). Inoltre nelle amenities mancava la limetta per unghie che è sempre utile. Lo specchio ingrandente è attaccato in angolo poco illuminato e quindi non si vede granché…con un modello illuminato sarebbe meglio….piccoli accorgimenti che per un 5 stelle di quel tipo ci si attende. Inoltre, la camera 205 è proprio sopra il pianobar e quindi la sera fino alle 11 e oltre, la musica non lascia dormire. Altra pecca della camera, malgrado sia una superior, la vista è “tovinata” dal vetro che funge da tettoia al pjanobar."

"Our room matched the photos and the hotel description. It was located on the ground floor, but unfortunately there were no security bars on the window. As the temperature was over 30°C on the day of our stay, we couldn't leave the window open while we were away from the room. In addition, the shower drain was clogged. However, the front desk manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He immediately offered us a different room at no extra charge. The new room was larger, in a much better location, and could be ventilated properly. We also received a fan, which made our stay much more comfortable. This was truly excellent customer service. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a great selection of coffee. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for an overnight stop."

"I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times. The spa on the 6th floor was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience were exceptional and perfect for relaxing after hiking. Highly recommended."
