The reason for 4 stars has been one particular, very negative experience. The hotel desperately needed to charge the guests extra for any sun loungers with shade at the beach, in such an „evil“ way, that they offered a few free black sunbeds solely completely without shade, not even a normal umbrella was available or possible to bring your own. These sunbeds heated up so much during the day, that they were impossible to be used. So when you were sensitive to sun, the only viable option was to pay 100€ per day just to avoid the worst sunburn of your life. This is a No-Go for a five star hotel, where you already pay a fortune for the stay."
