„Very nice hotel with friendly service. Breakfast is great and you can even enjoy the time in the small garden in the back. Parking is an issue as around the hotel it is only for local people living there. Official parking places very expensive but the hotel offers parking for 30€ per day a 500 m walk away. The area the hotel is in is not neat and clean but the hotel is.“

„Sehr schönes individuelles Hotel, Lage am Rand der City am “anderen”Ufer des Arno hat mir sehr gut gefallen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche leckere Restaurants. Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück! Die Zimmer sind allerdings hellhörig, was aber nur auffällt, wenn man laute Nachbarn hat. Das Hotel selbst liegt wirklich ruhig. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut - ich würde das Hotel Freunden auf jeden Fall empfehlen.“

„Fantastic top floor apartment in medieval building just beyond the Palazzo Pitti on the quieter side of the Arno. There's a cafe and a supermarket nearby, a very popular pizzeria and Santo Spirito 5 minutes away and the heart of the city is just 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5, great cooking facilities and a neat and tidy bathroom. We'd definitely stay there again if we return to Florence. “
