The Space:

History & Legacy | Huelén was born from Alberto’s vision: to bring back the shine to a historic corner of the neighborhood. Together with Daniel Pastor and Matías Jarpa, a space was created where the past embraces the present. Design & Experience | As your hosts, we ensure every detail reflects that dream. We want you to feel part of this story, enjoying a sophisticated, cozy atmosphere deeply connected to Santiago’s culture.



Our apartment is fully furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. It includes a kitchen with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils for cooking or preparing snacks at any time. Additionally, if you’re here for work, don’t worry; we have internet to keep you connected during your stay.



The studio is spacious and bright, with a double bed perfect for couples or business trips. We provide linens and towels so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Ubicada en el sector oriente de la capital, se caracteriza por su arquitectura elegante, parques bien cuidados y una gran oferta gastronómica y comercial. Providencia alberga numerosos centros culturales, teatros y espacios verdes, como el Parque Metropolitano, que es un pulmón verde para los habitantes de la comuna. Getting Around:

Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.

Taxis: Taxis are readily available throughout Santiago. You can hail one on the street, find them at designated taxi stands, or book one through phone apps.
