It is important to indicate the correct number of guests because towels and bed linen will be provided accordingly. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. As this is a residential area, we ask you to respect the condominium rules, which include keeping conversations and music at a normal volume during the day and maintaining silence from 9 pm onwards. A 50 USD fine will be applied if there are complaints about loud noises. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. A fine of 100 USD will be charged because we will need to hire an external cleaning and deodorizing company, and we lose rental days. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. A fine of 200 USD will be applied. Use of the pool is subject to the availability granted by the building management.
